Items are returnable when the item is not as described in the auction, broken due to my poor packaging (every care goes into the packaging as I know how annoying this can be) and or are different to the image shown. Items are refundable when it is the postal deliveries fault for damage or lose to the item, but first a claim with them must be taken out and can take some time.
