PAYMENT

I have my settings set to 'Instant payment required', this is how I operate my shop for a quick turnaround, I then know that when someone makes a purchase then its time to pack it up and have it ready for dispatch immediately. I post the same day as purchase if the item is bought before 3.30-4pm. Please take a moment to look at my feedback regarding my delivery times, items normally arrive the following day.

SHIPPING

My postage is all by 1st class standard Royal Mail post in the UK which normally arrives with my customers the following day, If prefered please advise me you would like a different service which will need to be an added on to payment. I always obtain proof of postage for up to a 6 months and if a claim needs to be made then I will arrange the claim form and post it to you so you can make the claim. So far I have never had to do this. My postage costs include the price of diesel to and from the PO, labels and quality packaging which is always in a brand new purple, pink or blue postal bag. Please only buy if you are happy with this. I also post to Europe, America, Australia.

I also accept returns if an item does not fit or not suitable, please be honest rather than say it is faulty and draw on item etc..as I do not mind ex-changing or refunding as long as the item is returned as it was sent out. For my fantastic prices all you have to go without is the label which states the shop name, some are only snipped so you can still see part of the name! some of my suppliers totally remove the labels and some leave them in by mistake!!, this is all to do with copyright laws and shop fraud as items could be returned if the labels are still intact.
